The contents can be downloaded again should you need from the Vaio-Link downloads section of their website, called Original Drivers Package. But just in case you need it and don't have access to the Internet, I'd keep it. I hide it so I can't see it, but it's still there if I need. If it only happens with certain disks, then it's a fair certaintly that there is an very small but problematic scratch or bad bytes of data that are unreadable by the drive (this may be in part or full due to the reading abilities of the drive itself).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Seb's suggestion of copying the disk then reading from the copy would be the best way to go.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:0feaecbc-e9ee-4bef-a011-466d21907bb6] --&gt;</description>

ATI do not provide laptop drivers as they are supposed to be provided by the laptop manufacturer. Service is excellent, bandwidth cap is 50Gb/month and uncapped from midnight to 8am and unused bandwidth is added to the following month's allownace which is a great deal better than most. It's &amp;#163;28 a month though, not cheap at all. Try Mr Tony's solution &lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://www.club-vaio.sony-europe.com/clubvaio/mvnforum/viewthread?thread=27520" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt; (grabbing the driver appropriate for your drive) and if that doesn't work, which if all the other cases are anything to go by it won't, I think you'll have to get in touch with Vaio-Link and arrange for repair.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think it's about time they addressed the constant problems with this drive.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:50c01186-f91a-488b-8968-8b9c356c218c] --&gt;</description>
