Inlel (RST) Wordt niet uitgevoerd en als ik op het icoontje klikt komt er een balk en staat er intel (rst) probeert verbinding met de service te maken. En komt er niks anders de heletijd!

Op mijn Vaio staat er dat Intel rst niet word uitgevoerd ??? en als ik er op druk staat er intel rst probeert verbinding te maken met de service en er gebeurt niks anders de hele tijd ? Wie kan me helpen :)
