My RDR-HXD870 seems to have lost the ability to finalise DVD-R's - the "Finalise" button has disappeared from the final screen in the Dubbing process. I've got latest firmware as sent on CD's by Sony CS and installed yesterday, but it hasn't fixed the issue

Any suggestions on how to fix this welcome
