I have a brand new Micro Hi-Fi component system, CMT-G2NiP. I've encountered a strange problem when I wish to program songs from my USB device. When I push Play Mode on my remote I get the map function & the Shuffle function. But no PGM function. It simply isn't there no matter how much I try & press. I DO have it on the CD player & it works perfectly. But not on the USB. I have used 4 different USB memories & they have all had the right formation & have been played. I also have the very latest update software on the player itself. No difference.

Why can't I program my files on my USB memories? Why doesn't PGM even appear on the screen? I can't program a thing if PGM doesn't appear. I have never encountered the lack of PGM on any music player of any kind or brand in my life before. I follow the manual to the letter, have had another to do it for me as well without success. Is there something that doesn't support? Or could there be a manufacturing problem from the start? Have anyone else ever encountered this problem? Is there something to be done?
