Just bought this Bravia.  Cannot complete software update using internet (wireless).  Gets to about 70% and gives error code (7007).  Tried twice now, no joy.  Any ideas please?  Also, do not appear to have BBC1 HD, etc., are these 2 things connected? :-)

    Congratulation for the new TV, i loved CX52 series and assure you will enjoy it

     

    If possible try to update the software using LAN cable connection or USB memory stick.

    The instructions are menioned step by step at the software download page

    The most important is to avoid any power disconnection during the update process.

    Don't worry if your tv will automatically switched off , led blinking, tv restart during the update process
