vaio gate and ie9

Hello.  Can someone please help, vaio gate has disappeared on the desktop and as a result ie9 has stopped working.  if i try to load ie9 it crashes and in windows task manager it comes up as not responding. the two seem to be connected and i have tried to right click on ie9 from the c drive but it just crashes.

 

Any ideas anyone.

    Restore your system to the earlier time. You might have done something that removes Vaio Gate.

    Hi Delacroix66,

     

    I doubt that Vaio Gate disappearing is connected with IE not working, but may be due to a common cause.

     

    Have you run a FULL visus scan?
