Future4care chooses Sony for its digital signage
Sony equips Future4care to modernise its areas. Thanks to the flexible TEOS solution coupled with BRAVIA screens, Sony has created a dynamic, innovation-oriented business environment.

Weybridge UK, 28th September 2024: Future4care, a start-up accelerator at the forefront of digital solutions for progress in healthcare, is offering a 6,500m2 collaborative space in the heart of Paris, where entrepreneurs, executives from major groups, healthcare professionals, university professors and patient associations can come together. Future4care chose Sony Professional Displays & Solutions Europe to provide a modern, technologically advanced environment to host its many events, visitors and investors.
Modern, simple, effective
Thanks to Videlio, an audiovisual integrator and service provider for companies, Future4care opted for a solution proposed by Sony to create a dynamic, interactive and modern space, while offering an efficient space management solution. It was essential to facilitate navigation within the building (wayfinding), display information dynamically, and make the organisation of events and use of rooms fluid. The need for a comprehensive, integrated display solution was therefore paramount.
Sony therefore proposed a complete and flexible solution with a fleet of BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays comprising various models (BZ40H, BZ40J, BZ30J) backed up by projectors (VPL-PHZ60 and VPL-FHZ91) for digital signage throughout the building, adapted to Future4care's specific needs, as well as TEOS Manage Advanced License & Cloud comprising :
- TEOS Wayfinding to make it easier for visitors and staff to navigate and find their way around the building, thanks to colourful interactive floor plans. Everyone can also check room occupancy, plan meetings via shared diaries and access useful information, all thanks to an intuitive application.
- TEOS Room Status: to share details of agendas and meeting room bookings on a large screen to help employees be more efficient throughout their working day.
- TEOS Meeting Display: for more effective meetings and to facilitate employee communication thanks to personalised, customisable screens that display advanced information such as room calendars, sensor readings, countdown notifications, screensavers, etc.
- TEOS Signage: create a colourful and informative interactive touchscreen digital signage system in just a few minutes, easily and at a lower cost.

The benefits for Future4care quickly became apparent:
- Simplified integration and management: The Sony solution has enabled all the screens to be managed centrally and seamlessly. Users can easily act on the display in real time, for example, to personalise the space for events or integrate customer logos.
- Maximised events: The integration of digital signage solutions facilitated the live broadcast of conferences in several rooms, enabling Future4care to accommodate more than 250 people simultaneously, divided between the amphitheatre and adjacent rooms.
