Weybridge UK, 23^rd January 2025: Wintercircus located in Gent, Belgium was established in the early 1900s and originally serving as a circus then car workshop. Now the iconic venue has been repurposed after years of vacancy and underwent a complete makeover to become a vibrant center for entrepreneurship, technology, and culture.

After the refurbishment, Wintercircus faced a significant challenge: integrating modern AV technologies into a historical building without compromising its authenticity. Key requirements included flexibility and sustainability of the AV solutions, suitable for both business meetings and cultural events. Additionally, the technologies needed to be intuitive to use, allowing every user to easily customise the screens, projectors, sound systems, and lighting to their preferences.

Together with AV installer, Sovilux, Sony provided the perfect solution for this challenge with its BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays and Workspace management tool, TEOS Manage. By implementing this advanced management system alongside a total of 40 BZ30L & BZ50L BRAVIA displays, central control of all AV equipment in Wintercircus became possible. From TEOS Meeting Display for meeting rooms to TEOS Signage for dynamic content in the auditorium and exhibition space, each component of the system is designed for seamless collaboration and easy management from a single platform. For its impressive atriums Sony installed its VPL-FHZ85 and VPL-PHZ61 laser projectors, delivering superior picture performance within an integrated AV environment.

Flexible Presentations with TEOS Meeting Display

As various companies have the opportunity to utilise the office and meeting spaces in the Wintercircus, the screens need to be easily adaptable for each meeting.

TEOS Meeting Display ensures that all screens in the meeting rooms are interconnected, allowing presentations to proceed smoothly and professionally. Through wireless connectivity, users can quickly and easily start their presentations without technical issues.

Dynamically Displaying Content with TEOS Signage

For a flexible and dynamic display of content in the eye-catching atrium and exhibition space, TEOS Signage was implemented and allows for the centralised management and adjustment of digital information, such as announcements or visual presentations, tailored to current needs. Thus, visual communication on Sony’s BZ30L & BZ50L BRAVIA displays can be perfectly aligned with the specific space and the goal of the presentation or event.

All of this is centrally managed through TEOS Manage, the central management system that connects and controls all audiovisual equipment.
