Mercedes-Benz Wróbel Group Poland: A place as unique as the customers who visit it
The largest Mercedes-Benz showroom in Poland uses Sony Bravia Professional displays.
Poland – 29th November, 2017: Covering nearly 10,000 square metres in Wrocław, the Wróbel Group — a car dealership company — has built the largest Mercedes-Benz showroom in Poland. Customers can see 45 display cars and visit the dedicated AMG, G Corner and Van ProCenter stands, as well as the historic car centre. The service section includes 24 jacks, three car washes and tyre storage. 320 parking spaces are available to customers, and they can also visit the Etno Cafe. The facility fits perfectly into the plans and expectations of the German Mercedes-Benz group, which wants to launch dozens of new cars by 2020, including some with completely new designs.
Impressive luxury that gives you a sense of comfort too
Sony Bravia Professional displays have been installed in the showroom that sells new and used cars, as well as in the showroom service area. They have been placed on commercial stations to allow the dealership to wirelessly display content from tablets and computers, allowing customers to easily see the car being presented. When the devices are not being used for this purpose, they display digital signage content, just like the impressive 65-inch FW-65XD8501 display in the AMG section.
Customers are also welcome to use ‘Totems’ - free standing display units made up of FW-43XE8001 displays with a touch-enabled interactive overlay. "The latest information from the world of Mercedes-Benz is displayed by default on the touchscreen Totems", explains Tomasz Ostaszewski, the Marketing Director at the Wróbel Group. "By interacting with the touchscreen, the customer can also familiarise themselves with our current product range and configure the car model they are interested in. This configuration is automatically emailed to a sales advisor, with whom discussion about the offer can be continued."
Sony was chosen
In total, the Mercedes-Benz showroom in Wroclaw features eleven 40-inch Full HD Sony Bravia Professional displays, two 43-inch and three 55-inch 4K HDR LED backlit displays equipped with the Android TV platform and two 65-inch 4K HDR LED backlit displays. BRAVIA 4K Professional displays are compatible with the 4K HDR technology, which enables the reproduction of new, visually appealing materials with a wider range of brightness, colour and very high 4K resolution settings.
In such an exclusive place, and above all with the professionally crafted materials of Mercedes-Benz, these display parameters are essential and represent a technology worth investing in. Sony Bravia displays are very energy-efficient and can be precisely tailored to the user's needs using the professional configuration menu. Furthermore, Sony Bravia Professional products are covered by unique warranty terms, and offer the replacement of a damaged display with a new one at no additional cost to the user.
Sound quality by Yamaha
The company M. Ostrowski sp. j. (registered partnership) has equipped the Mercedes-Benz Wróbel Group car showroom located in Wrocław with an advanced speaker system based on Yamaha devices. At the heart of the system is the Yamaha MRX7-D signal processor, which is controlled from a tablet or a computer. The whole system has been divided into ten independent zones. A different sound source can be sent to each zone and the volume level of each zone can be controlled. The Yamaha XMV8280-D and Yamaha PA2120 amplifiers drive 46 loudspeakers, including the Yamaha VXC6W ceiling loudspeakers, to ensure adequate coverage and sound quality. The whole system is based on the Dante network.
The service located in the main building has been equipped with an autonomous loudspeaker system, in which a Yamaha CD-nt670D network player, Yamaha PA2120 amplifier and twelve hanging loudspeakers are used as the sound source.
"We started designing the AV systems in the final phase of construction, and because of architectural guidelines, the products used had to meet very high quality and visual standards", says Robert Zielony, who was responsible for project implementation by the contractor. "The most important elements in the showroom are the cars, and it is they and not the speakers or monitors, that are supposed to attract attention. The products used fit perfectly into the architectural concept and form a coherent whole, but at the same time they are very modern solutions tailored to the customer's needs. Throughout the whole process of design and execution we consulted with the investor on the proposal of solutions. There was a very high level of cooperation and we always managed to reach a consensus. We have achieved our objectives."
