Cloud-based provisioning brings new features to streamline BRAVIA installation

Deployed on site via Zero-Touch Provisioning, RDM will deliver new features for control and monitoring of its BRAVIA displays, including the ability to remotely update software, monitor the status of multiple displays, detect abnormal states and capture screenshots.

“To further future proof our display solution for customers, the introduction of RDM will not only enable users to be able to deploy and set up hundreds of screens simply & quickly, but also facilitate enhanced control and troubleshooting,” comments Chris Mullins, Head of B2B BRAVIA, Sony Professional Displays and Solutions Europe.

“This solution allows you to pre-define multiple BRAVIA configuration profiles for your various display use cases across your deployment, such as a signage or meeting room display. Each profile can include your required CMS apps to deploy, pro-settings and general display settings, which can then be deployed with a quick scan of the QR code onsite will revolutionise the display set up in stores, workplaces, universities and wider.” continues Chris.
