Berlin / Recklinghausen, 10th December 2024: Sony presents Delo Computer GmbH, a new distributor for its products and solutions from the Professional Displays & Solutions division. The Recklinghausen-based company is one of the leading IT distributors with a customer base of more than 2,500 specialist dealers and resellers in the B2B sector in Germany. Delo is particularly well known among integrators and is an important partner when it comes to planning and implementing complex AV projects in the corporate, education and retail sectors. The collaboration will focus on strengthening the digital signage business segment. The cooperation with Delo started in October 2024.

Joint focus on the digital signage market

Sony and Delo have already cooperated in the recent past: Between 2000 and 2014, Delo was a sales partner for Sony's Trinitron computer monitor series. "We know and appreciate each other from that time," says Thorsten Prsybyl, European Retail Sales Manager for Professional Displays & Solutions at Sony Europe. "Our renewed partnership is aimed at the rapidly developing digital signage sector. We want to continue to grow here and, with our comprehensive portfolio of BRAVIA displays, we have products on board that are compatible with almost all leading signage software platforms. Delo is the right partner for our plans and its close network with numerous integrators in this area helps us a lot to move things forward together and achieve success."
