Sony to showcase cutting-edge drone solutions at INTERGEO 2025 

Weybridge, October 2nd 2025 – Sony is excited to announce its third participation in this year’s INTERGEO show, taking place from 7th to 9th in Frankfurt. Joining forces with Dronivo GmbH in a joint partner booth, Sony will present its latest innovations in the automated, autonomous, and smart robotic markets, both on the ground and in the air. These will include its new depth sensor, the AS-DT1. ​ 

 

Attendees can look forward to experiencing the well-received ILX-LR1, alongside the new 61MPix members of the RX1M3 series. These products exemplify Sony's commitment to advancing imaging technology, offering unparalleled quality and performance for various applications. 

 

In addition, Sony will showcase the world’s smallest depth sensor, the AS-DT1, which is designed for mid-range applications. This all-in-one lidar product leverages 3D dToF array sensing with SPAD technology, setting a new standard in depth sensing capabilities. 

 

Sony’s showcase will also feature the latest solutions from its ecosystem of partners, designed to enhance missions in mapping and inspection, surveillance and rescue, public safety, and agriculture. These collaborative efforts highlight Sony's dedication to providing comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving needs of various industries.
