9th June 2026, Weybridge UK — Sony has developed the Crystal LED UNIFY (ZRL-135SG), a new All-in-One, 135-inch direct view LED display (dvLED) that combines simplicity with powerful features including installation ease, anti-reflection capabilities for high visibility, compatible integration, energy efficiency, longevity, and value. The reliable and ready-to-deploy solution comes complete with five pre-assembled display units and a control unit, which can be easily installed by two people in approximately one hour1.

Weybridge UK, 2nd June 2026 — Sony is introducing the “SRG-AS10,” a 4K 60p-compatible PTZ Auto Framing camera that uses Sony’s proprietary AI to automatically recognise and track subjects and capture them with natural composition, along with the “SRG-XS10,” a basic 4K PTZ camera. Both models are equipped with a 1/2.8-type 4K image sensor featuring STARVIS™, Sony’s proprietary image sensor technology, which enables clear video capture even in low-light environments. In addition, they are enhanced with smooth, natural pan and tilt operation, delivering fluid camera movement from start to stop without abrupt acceleration or deceleration.

Podstars by OMR Partners with Sony to Bring Cinematic Production Standards to Podcasts and Video Content

Berlin, Germany – 27 May 2026 – Sony Germany today announces a 12-month technology partnership with OMR, one of Germany's most influential media and marketing brands. OMR's in-house production company Podstars will exclusively use Sony's broadcast-grade ecosystem to produce all of its video content, including the flagship OMR Podcast hosted by OMR CEO Philipp Westermeyer, as well as co-produced formats such as Lanz & Precht, and corporate client work across the DACH region.

This pilot project, carried out in collaboration with Sony, validates the real-time transmission of 4K audiovisual signals using 5G production technology, utilising the high bandwidth available in the millimetre wave band.
